Posting Rules

• Ads must offer a legitimate cleaning service available in Winter Haven.
• Only independent providers and locally owned cleaning businesses are eligible.
• No national chains, franchises, large corporations, lead-generation companies, directories or unrelated third-party postings.
• No deceptive, illegal, dangerous, discriminatory, adult, duplicate or spam ads.
• Do not claim licenses, insurance, bonding, certifications or qualifications you do not hold.
• The board may reject or remove ads that do not meet these rules.

Safety

Winter Haven Help Board reviews ads for posting-rule compliance but does not automatically verify identity, background, insurance, bonding, licensing, qualifications or quality of work. Customers should independently evaluate providers, confirm relevant credentials, agree on scope and price, and use appropriate caution.

Privacy

Information submitted for a public classified ad may be displayed publicly. Administrative information may be stored to review, publish, manage and expire listings. This policy should be updated before activating third-party database, analytics, advertising, anti-spam or payment services to accurately describe those services and any required disclosures.

Terms of Use

Providers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads and services. Winter Haven Help Board may approve, reject, remove or expire listings under its posting rules. The board publishes classifieds and is not a party to agreements, payments or disputes between customers and providers. Eligible listings are free for 90 days during the launch promotion. Future paid-listing terms will be shown before payment is collected.
